University challenge!

It was the first day of Josh’s new life, moving away to University had always been assumed but it was finally sinking in that he was doing it. Josh has always been an independent person who liked change and welcomed chances to meet new people. He was average size for his age, nicely built with a smooth flat stomach. His hair was a dirty blonde colour which swept across his cute, boyish face.
The car journey there was full of mixed emotions, he didn’t want to end up living with people who were too difficult or didn’t like the fact that he was gay. Everyone in his life so far had no problem with him being gay and many new friends were a result of coming out at the beginning of college.

Finally he arrived at the building where he would be spending his university years and was greeted by the helpers who gave him his keys and showed him and his parents to his new room. Josh was only partially listening as they explained some of the rules to his parents as his attention was drawn to the many students out in the courtyard. Everyone was hugging their parents followed by a tearful farewell before heading back into their new home. Josh looked back at his parents who were already making there way into his flat and took a deep breath before following them in. He looked around the empty corridor and saw that everyone else’s bed sheets were still outside their door so he figured that he was the first to move in, there were 3 other people and him.

After unpacking, Josh finally said his final goodbye to his parents and realised that he had lived with them for 19 years and never spent more than 2 weeks away from them, it was going to be a big change.

New room, new friends and new experiences, a smile spread across Josh’s face and he knew he would be fine, suddenly a knock came at the door.
‘Err hello, anyone in?’ a brown haired girl pushed her head round the door.
‘Oh hey, I’m Josh’ he held his hand out and shook the girls hand.
‘I’m Helen, room 3’ she slowly stepped into his room and looked around ‘wow you have a mini fridge, I suppose that’s a good idea for keeping secret stashes’
Josh smiled ‘Yeh that and keeping booze cold, anyone else moved in yet?’
‘Yes the other 2 moved in just after me, Katy and Dan I think there names are’
‘Well I’ve just about finished here now, they in their rooms?, I’ll go say hi’ he followed her out into the corridor where there seemed to be a small party.

There were 3 boys and a girl so Josh wasn’t quite sure which ones he was living with.
‘Hey I’m Dan, this is Kenney and he’s Mike, they live in flat 511’ the 2 other guys just nodded in Josh’s direction.
‘And I’m Katy, just me, no welcome committee’ she smiled and glanced at the boys.

Kenney and Mike left shortly after a few pleasantries which left Josh and his new house mates to talk in the living room. 

The first few days were merely formalities, just filling in forms and joining the right clubs but it did give Josh a chance to meet his flat mate’s friends and other new people. One person in particular caught his eye, he was one of Kenney’s flat mates and he was gorgeous. Josh had a history of fancying ‘the straight guy’, getting to know them and then really falling for them and interpreting signs of them being gay that really weren’t there in the first place. This time was going to be different, Josh decided he was going to concentrate on getting involved in the local gay community so that he would be distracted from the beautiful god that was stood in front of him. 

‘Josh this is Tom, Tom…Josh’ he was careful not to linger too much on the hand shake otherwise he thought he might just pounce and rip Tom’s clothes off.
‘Which flat are you in? Tom stared into Josh’s eyes.
‘142, Dan’s room mate, you know him?’ he tried to sound as cool and aloof as possible.
‘Well I’ve met him but didn’t know him before that’
‘Right Josh we’re going to head off now, see you at yours tonight for the party’ Kenney headed back towards his flat with Josh’s new temptation behind him.
There was many more meet and greets through out the day ranging from course lectures to friends of random people he had just met. Josh had never been one to remember names very well so he hoped that the names would just come to him the next time he saw them. Evening came around and Josh’s flat were now debating what to eat before the party, none of them had much cooking experience so it looked like beans on toast all round.
‘Right Dan did you get the booze?’ Katy walked over to the counter and started looking at the party list.
‘Yeh we stored it in mine and Josh’s fridges so people wouldn’t get tempted’ he gave a little smirk towards Josh.
‘Right well people will be arriving in the next 20 minutes so can u get it out and into this fridge’ she started moving some of the things around to make room.

20 minutes later and they were just putting out the final cups when then intercom rang signalling the first of the guests. Within the next half hour the party seemed to be in full swing with a good number of people drinking and having fun. Josh found himself, much to his annoyance, looking out for Tom even though he didn’t want to be. He then noticed that Kenney had arrived with a few girls which Josh thought to be his other flat mates. He walked over to Kenney to help with the alcohol he was carrying and then completely forgot about that when he saw Tom behind Kenny.
‘Hey Tom, bit late aren’t you?’ again he tried to play it as cool as possible.
‘Well that depends on if you were waiting for me or not wouldn’t it’ he winked and walked off to help Kenny.

Surely he wasn’t imagining that, or was Tom one of those guys who liked to joke about being gay, just being one of the lads. Either way Josh’s imagination had been sparked and he realised that this was the next guy in the list of straights.

Like most party’s, people got extremely drunk and it wasn’t long before glasses were being smashed and food was flying through the air. The only thing left to make it a true party was drinking games and that usually means spin the bottle or truth or dare. One of the more sober girls grabbed an empty wine bottle and placed on the floor in the centre of the group. Silence fell followed shortly by a big cheer and laughter, most seemed quite enthusiastic about the idea. Josh was amongst them as this might be the innocent way of being able to kiss Tom that he had hoped for. 
‘Right, right come on get in a circle’ Dan ushered people into a rough circle.
‘Rules, tongues for everyone so guys I reckon you should start feeling comfortable about your sexuality’ everybody laughed whilst Katy sat back down and took the first spin.

The game had been going on for about half an hour now but still it hadn’t landed on Josh and Tom. He had already kissed most of the girls and a few of the other guys so he was now tempted to stop the bottle on himself when it was Tom’s go. Josh had already told his flat mates he was gay and they were fine with it and so was everyone else it seemed. 
‘Right last spin and then we’re moving onto something else, I’ll spin it and seen as Tom has kissed the fewest people he has to kiss the next person for 20 seconds regardless of gender’ Kenny grinned evilly at Tom and span the bottle.

Josh crossed his fingers and hoped beyond hope that it would land on him. The bottle stopped in front of Josh’s foot and everyone whistled and cheered. Josh’s heart was pounding so hard, should he make an effort and let Tom know he liked him or should he play it casual and pretend its all in the spirit of the game? Tom got up and crawled over to Josh and without hesitation he pressed his lips firmly to Josh’s. Slowly he put his tongue inside Tom’s mouth and was greeted by Tom’s tongues massaging it. It was heaven, he forgot about the other people in the room he just kept on kissing Tom’s soft wet lips. Suddenly Tom gently pushed Josh back onto the floor and lied on top of him never removing his lips from Josh’s. They stopped and Tom looked into Josh’s eyes and smiled. Finally the rest of the room snapped back into focus and everyone was wolf whistling and cheering, Tom was being patted on his back and all the guys were pretend punching him in the arm calling him gay while he just laughed. Josh sat back up and was aware that how much he enjoyed it was now showing through his jeans in the form of a sizable bulge. His face went bright red as he tried to hide it as best he could and was relieved when know one noticed.

‘Well err yeh…next game anyone’ Kenny seemed to be a bit taken aback.
