“Laura…please? Look at them.”
I gave in, Karyn’s big, brown eyes melted my heart, especially when they begged for something. The guys’ eyes had no effect on me, but Karyn…I’m suspicious. Could she be bi?

The two guys raced ahead and met up with another girl. She was totally hot, dark, tanned body, nice bust, muscular legs and stomach, dirty blonde hair and an angelic face. I assumed it was one of the guy’s girlfriend. On the way over, I just had to talk to Karyn about my suspicion.
“Hey babe…”
“Yeah?”
“I wanna know something, and please be completely honest with me okay?”
Karyn nodded to me with the most innocent and adorable face ever.
“Well…are you sure you’re not bi?”
Karyn gave me an alarmed look, then a look of worry,
“You’re doubting me.”
I wanted to kick myself for asking this now, I can’t believe I doubted my baby for even a second.

“But I understand, I did give in pretty easily for the guys. Sweetie, trust me, I love you and only you. No other woman, and certainly not a man.”
“I wanna believe you…”
“But? Laura…I just wanted to make some new friends and if we get to know the guys, we can have some fun.”
“Fun?”
I was never the kind of girl to fool around and have this… “fun” but I decided I could now, for my baby girl.
“Depends…what kind of fun are you suggesting Karyn?”
“We could mislead them and have a couple of free drinks…dinners…”
I gave her a look of worry,
“But that’s mean…and what if something goes wrong? I don’t think we should.”
I had this bad feeling that something bad would happen if we did happen to mislead these to guys. I didn’t want to do any of this, I know it’s spring break and I should loosen up but I have this terrible feeling right now. 

“Karyn…”
Karyn begged me again with those pleading eyes, the ones that I fell in love with, the ones that I’m always entranced in.
“Fine…but we stop after dinner. Okay?”
“Okay!”
Karyn was all enthusiastic all over again. We were in the court by the time we finished our little conversation. I heard the beautiful blonde, who sat in the chair as the referee, yell,
“Okay Jon, you’re gonna have to make teams!”
The guy who first said hi to us gave her an ‘okay’ sign with his hand,
“Okay girls, oh yeah what’s your names?”
“I’m Karyn, this is…”
-This was where I was actually going to find out if Karyn was in love with me or not-
“my girlfr-“
-Yeah, I was so happy, she actually almost said it!-
“my gal friend, my best friend, Laura.”
I smiled at her, she looked at me,
“What?”
She said and shrugged,
“Okay well I’m Jon, this is my cousin, Drew. So what we’re gonna do, is we’re gonna have me and one of you on a team, and one of you and Drew on another. Jenna over there is our ref. She’s a close friend of ours.”
I shrugged and ran over to Drew’s side of the court, Jon looked at me in confusion then nodded.
“Oh, okay! Here we go!”

Later, the guys, me, Karyn, and Jenna were at a fancy restaurant. The guys offered to pay for our meals, obviously Karyn’s, and partially mine, careless flirting saved ourselves a least fifty bucks. Jenna was obviously more distant from the guys, I guess she is neither of them’s girlfriend, said she’d pay for her own meal. The whole time, Karyn and I tried to squish closer to each other and near the other end at the semi-circle booth. I, and neither did Karyn, wanted the guys hitting on us, even if we did that to them earlier. Jenna saw the uncomfort, and I was sure she now knew that Karyn and I were lovers and that we were just fooling around with the guys earlier. Jenna came to the table and told the two guys to get out first,
“Just sit beside me babe.”
Drew said as he patted the outside seat beside him,
“Actually, I wanna be in the middle.”
Jenna demanded, she was obviously very aggressive towards men. Jon shook his head and shoved his cousin out of the seat, 
“Here you are beautiful.”
Jenna scoffed and sat down beside me. I had a weird intuition about this Jenna. 

After we were seated for about ten minutes, the guys tried making conversation. Karyn did all the talking, I was more interested in Jenna’s story. I scooted closer to her so I could whisper to her, Karyn didn’t mind, she knew what I was up to.
“Okay Jenna, what’s your story?”
I whispered up front,
“What story?”
Jenna didn’t act shocked or surprised of what I said, she just turned to face me, her face was so close to mine. Her lips looked so luscious, but I couldn’t. I have a girlfriend that I love dearly. Jenna was so attractive though, maybe just as attractive as Karyn. Her fragrance filled my nose, the smell of fresh flowers beguiled me. I snapped out of it, I had to focus, this was the only way of avoiding eye contact with the guys.
“I know you’re hiding something Jenna…there’s gotta be a reason why you’re not with one of those hot guys over there.”
Jenna was silent, she took a sip of iced tea then faced me again. Jon interrupted,
“What are you two whispering about?”
He scooted closer to Jenna, Jenna pushed him back over easily. He shrugged,
“Guess she likes you better Drew.”
Jenna and I weren’t listening, only Karyn was.
“What do you mean Jon?”

Karyn said as she played with her fork and spoon,
“Well, either Jenna is playing ultra-hard to get, or she’s a…lesbian.”
Jon whispered the word ‘lesbian’ for some odd reason,
“Why’d you whisper that?”
Drew leaned forward on the table with his hands together and arms splayed in front,
“Jenna gets really moody, like as if she were PMSing when we say that. She could be in a giddy mood and all of a sudden, the word lesbian or bi comes up, she just snaps.”
Jon nodded, 
“Yeah. I’m beginning to think she’s a…lesbian in denial.”
Jon whispered it again,
“Oh.”
Karyn said and nodded, smiling. Just nod and smile hun…I thought and focused back on Jenna. 
“Okay, Laura was it?”
“Uh huh…”
We were still whispering, partially snapping at each other,
“Laura. Why were you two suddenly flirting with the two and now you’re avoiding their flirtation?”
“I thought you knew.”
I snapped back at her, 
“Stop changing the subject.”
“I try avoiding these two and anything dealing with a relationship with them, hell I try to not have a friendship with these two!”
“Why? They seem nice.”
Jenna rolled her eyes,
“They’re…I can’t really tell you here and plus, you got me.”
“You’re a…”
Jenna sighed, leaning in closer to me,
“I’m tired of hiding.”
She said and I felt her lips, her soft sensuous lips press against mine. I gasped and pulled away,
“No, no, no, I can’t. You know I can’t.”
Jon saw,
“Geez Jenna I knew it.”
