A degree in HR or enmagmaent is pretty normal. You could always spice it up and decide to get a degree in something else like Finance or Economics. If your the go-getter type, consider double majoring in HR and something else that you really like. It would set you apart from the boatload of other applicants and you could have a secondary option if you have to change careers entirely. Smart questions to ask of the interviewer: Do you feel like you are sufficiently rewarded working here? Have you found that your talents are being adequately explored at this company?
