Dude, I seriously woudln't. Taking it slow isnt waiting a month and then climbing into each others pockets. Obviously if you like her and dont want to see her flounder then you'll want to help and also you dont want to be seen as miserly but all this has to be within reason. I would say it's too soon to be overly invested in each others lives/problems and by giving her cash you're not helping in the long term and it can lead to financial burdens for you. My advise is to be understanding and supportive but to do this without having to splurge too much cash. Look out for signs that she is just using you such as anger or guilt trips if you refuse. If she detaches or acts distant or punishes you in any way for refusing to give her money then see these as alarm bells. If she asks just explain that you have your own financial commitments and if she keeps pressing tell her that you would rather not as it makes you uncomfortable. See how it goes from there. Her problems with her ex arent something you should be getting dragged into and on a side note; I take ex stories with a pinch of salt, as I rarely hear the guys side of the story and when I do then suddenly they're not quite the demon they are being made out to be.Hope this helps.
