One thing I've noticed is the fact that there are plenty of beliefs regarding the financial institutions intentions any time talking about property foreclosure. One fairy tale in particular is the bank prefers to have your house. Your banker wants your cash, not your own home. They want the cash they lent you having interest. Staying away from the bank will still only draw some sort of foreclosed summary. Thanks for your write-up.
