same here with smokes in some fases i get panic aacttks and what realy bothers me is the fight i empreend to compreend and create self protective measures, but those allways turn into paranoia and i need to shut them off too , and insist living moment by moment whithout worrie bout anything, but then i feel unprotectd,and the circle repeats itself. this steps seem really integrated in what i feel i need to do , but really directed to adapt much better in a panic situation , ill try it for sure
