If her motive was to keep her marriage, because she loved her husband and wanted to stay with him, then I understand where she's coming from on this point; if, however, she wanted to keep him in the dark so that he would feel obligated to be monogamous while she had all of the extracurricular fun to herself, then I would have to condemn her intent, which reduces some of the sexiness of the plot. Presumably, she would be willing to take what she's dished out, if the former was the case.
