This story was spoiled by poor punctuation, verbal tense problems, words misused or mispelled, and completely mishandled dialogue. The current style of crime writing is to use the present tense, so, if that's what you want to do, stick with it.

You switched around all of this stuff and had horrrible spelling, punctuation and grammar. Sorry but that story really sucked.
