Isn't being a woman just awesome? I mean that! So many women coiaplmn about their periods, or menopause, or hormonal changes. Why not just embrace them all enjoy it all be grateful for it all! To be in one's space means to experience your now and that now is different for each woman. I like the saying, Live, Laugh, and Love! It is all about being still and listening to the spirit in you and let the spirit in you guide you and even at times comfort you.
