It's tough being such a thinker, isn't it? I used to over think eviyrtheng.Now I just think. I always want to know why. Then the why becomes it must be me . My homework every day is to think about something else. I might be driving and decide instead of getting into that thinking that this is the same old road, yawn yawn yawn, that I will look to find something else along that road to think about .to notice something I have never seen before. I could have been at that stop light thousands of times, but now I purposely seek out something new. It's amazing what you find. Then it becomes a challenge each time I get to that light. I've had a lot of fun doing this. Today I saw an old barn that has had its roof caved in. Now I had to work out why did that happen ..when did this happen .did I miss it all the times I have driven past?I feel our minds are the most powerful instrument we have. We can change our thoughts .we can change our thinking we can stop the same o same o we can turn negative into positive we can brain wash ourselves. I do know what you mean about the birthday video.I've had many times where I have done something special for others and gotten nothing in return. I realized not that long ago that that's the way I am, to do things for others. Most people don't know how to do that. WE that give are the gifted ones. WE make the choice to do it for others. The last time I ever felt special on my birthday was when I was a kid. But that's okay. The people in my life don't like birthdays so mine is nothing to them.
